Youth Group!
Satan is on the attack to destroy teenagers. If he can destroy a teenager and develop unbiblical habits in a teen, then he will ruin any future effectiveness in the life of that teen. Satan has poured a great deal of energy into luring teenagers with temptations and attractions. Hope Baptist Church recognizes this and has created a dynamic atmosphere for teenagers to find a refuge from Satan and his world's bombardments.
Hope Baptist Church has dedicated the Sunday Bible Study Hour and the Wednesday evening service for teenagers to come together and study the Word of God. Building on a solid foundation of biblical training is crucial for a teenager to stand for Christ. Further, several service opportunities are designed around HBC teens to allow them to put their talents and Bible knowledge to practice i.e. puppet ministry, teen ensemble, teen visitation, orchestra, and lawn maintenance.
HBC does like to have fun!. We top off the youth group with exciting and fun activities. We are not afraid to do crazy things, so you never know what Pastor Franklin may have planned. Our youth group is open to all teenagers in 7th-12th grade. If you are looking for a safe, fun environment to grow in the Lord, then check out Hope.
